Abstract: The Education and Training Inspectorate (the Inspectorate) strives to promote&#xD;
openness and transparency in all the work that it undertakes. This document&#xD;
builds on other documents already published, such as the ‘Charter for&#xD;
Inspection’ and the Information leaflets for teachers, parents and governors, to&#xD;
ensure that all those who are inspected are aware of the processes, protocols and indicators adopted by the Inspectorate, and that no organisation is uncertain about what an inspection involves.</description>
