The project’s primary aim was to understand the key patterns and drivers of educational migration and non-return and the impact of this on the community composition of the pool of the qualified labour available to employers in Northern Ireland.</description>

The Influence of Graduate Qualifications on Average Wages and Productivity across the UK (Oxford Economics). These papers are part of the Department’s Research Agenda 2004-07, and examine differences at a local, regional and national level.</description>
