Abstract

The Equality Commission is committed to being accessible and inclusive. This policy considers who is affected. Particularly people with disabilities, those from the black and minority ethnic communities, Irish and Ulster Scots speakers, people with low literacy skills, children and young people and for those from socially excluded backgrounds. It addresses all these different areas.
