Abstract: The purpose of the Quality Assurance Inspection (QAI) was to evaluate the efficacy of the procedures used by each of the five Education and Library Boards (ELBs) in their support of participating schools in the Raising Achievement Programme (RAP) during 2003-2004 and the validity of the outcomes and recommendations contained in their self-evaluation reports.
